Majestic Care of Goshen is excited to share resident Jorge’s Success Story!
Jorge initially came to Majestic Care of Goshen in 2023 from Goshen General Hospital, seeking long-term care. Unfortunately, in January, his health took a downturn, leading him back to Goshen General Hospital under Heartland Hospice Care. Facing challenging circumstances, Jorge’s only desire was to reunite with his family in El Salvador, whom he hadn’t seen for many years. Through the unwavering determination of his son, Jairo, this heartfelt reunion became a reality! On February 1st, Jorge left Majestic Care of Goshen, embarking on a poignant journey to El Salvador to savor precious moments with his loved ones. We are immensely grateful to have been a part of this touching story, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
