Majestic Care of Newburgh is so excited to share resident Kenneth Mayfield’s Success Story!
Mr. Mayfield came to Majestic Care of Newburgh with the desire to increase his overall wellbeing and independence. After undergoing our occupational and speech therapy services, he was able to do that and more! Through our occupational therapy services, he was able to enhance his standing tolerance and overall strength to enable him to dress himself more safely and efficiently. In addition, once receiving our speech therapy services, he has become more able to increase his communication skills, as well as his attention skills. He states for his best improvement while being in rehab is that his, “back pain went away and I feel strong now.” Moreover, to encourage other patients in rehab he notes, “listen to the instructors, eat right, and apply drive where it is needed.” When discussing the therapy services overall, Mr. Mayfield disclosed that it is the “best rehab I’ve been in and I’ve been in a few.” Congratulations to Mr. Mayfield and his Care Team on their success!
