Upon admission from Eskenazi Hospital, David Joyner came in with moderate expressive aphasia and moderate to severe cognitive impairments, he struggled with transfers, poor strength, and required assistance with all self-care tasks. Our team put together a plan to help.
Majestic Care of Avon offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy. With help from our skilled team, he made a huge improvement. Mr. Joyner is now able to walk and complete all self-care tasks independently, and has returned to prior level of function! He will be able to return to work to perform the duties he was able to do prior to his illness.
