Treena Weisenberger was welcomed to our community after a lengthy stay in the ICU due to a significant illness. She required extensive assistance in all her care and mobility. Thankfully, our on-site therapists developed a personalized plan to help.
After 10 weeks of Physical and Occupational Therapy, she is now able to complete her self-care, transfers, and ambulation with supervision. She is now able to safely return home. Congrats to Treena and her team!
