Tsige Gizaw was admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven specifically for therapy services after experiencing a decline while staying at an Assisted Living Facility.
Tsige came in with an overall decline in self-care, transfers, ambulation, and mobility. We developed a plan of care consisting of Physical and Occupational Therapy to address her goals of increasing independence with daily activities and mobility to facilitate her return to Assisted Living.
Tsige worked hard with therapy services to increase strength and activity tolerance to regain her functional mobility and independence. We are excited to share that she achieved her goals and returned to Assisted Living. We wish her the best!
