Majestic Care of New Haven is proud to share our resident William Nickolson’s success story!
Mr. Nickolson admitted to Majestic care of New Haven on October 13, 2021 under the care of Dr. Mark Gresla. During the course of the stay, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy were initiated to efficiently identify Mr. Nickolson’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition him to the next level of care.
The therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaption, compensation, and restoration potential of Mr. Nickolson and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. On October 26, 2021, William Nickolson successfully discharged to home.
