James Stroup has worked hard his whole life. He retired from GM factory after forty-two years of service. While he was working on the job, he had a farm in Tipton, Indiana that he ran. Also, Mr. Stroup was a member of the Army National Guard. So, it is obvious that Mr. Stroup understands hard work.

In December 2020, Mr. Stroup had a decline in health. After spending some time at IU Tipton, Mr. Stroup came to us at Majestic Care of Sheridan. It was here that he began to work with our Therapy and Nursing teams to get stronger.

Through the combined efforts of Therapy, nursing, and of course the dedication of Mr. Stoup, he has achieved so many goals. He is now, meeting the criteria to transfer to an assisted living.
We just want to thank, Mr. Stroup for allowing us to be part of his journey. Also, we wish him the very best.
