Melissa came to Majestic Care of Flushing for short‑term rehabilitation and skilled nursing support. When she arrived, she required additional assistance with mobility and her activities of daily living. From the start, Melissa approached her recovery with determination and a strong work ethic.
Throughout her stay, she worked hard with our therapy and nursing teams, consistently showing up and giving her best effort each day. Melissa was a joy to work with and often encouraged others in the therapy gym, helping create a positive and motivating environment for everyone around her.
Thanks to her dedication and the support of our compassionate care team, Melissa made wonderful progress. She was able to return home functioning independently alongside her husband and was very proud of how far she had come.
