Peggy Phillips admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven on January 15, 2022. During the course of her stay, occupational, physical, and speech therapy were initiated to efficiently and effectively identify Peggy’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition to the next level of care. The therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Peggy and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. On February 11, 2022, Peggy successfully discharged to home. Congratulations to Peggy and her Care Team on their success!
