Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe is excited to share resident Rita Hendrickson’s Success Story!
Rita was admitted to Majestic Care of Jefferson Pointe in June under the care of Dr. Andrew Offerle. Upon admission, she began receiving Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy to address her individual needs and create a personalized treatment plan. Through skilled therapy and close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, Rita made remarkable progress in restoring function, building independence, and preparing for a safe return home! Thanks to her determination and the dedicated support of the Majestic Care team, Rita successfully discharged home on June 21st. Congratulations to Rita and her Care Team on their success!
