Majestic Care of Carmel is excited to shine the spotlight on resident Scott Jones’s Success Story!
Scott admitted to Majestic Care of Carmel in January under the care of Dr. Radadiya. During the course of his stay, Occupational and Physical Therapy were initiated to effectively identify Scott’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition him to the next level of care. Our therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the restoration potential of Scott, and coordinated with our interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. We are proud to announce that on February 16th, Scott successfully discharged to home! Scott says, “Thank you to my therapists, Bea and Maddie, for helping to start with only standing for 30 seconds to then walking on my own with a walker and completing stairs.” Congratulations to Scott and his Care Team on their success!
