Majestic Care of New Haven is proud to spotlight resident Sylvia Case’s Success Story!
Sylvia admitted to Majestic Care of New Haven on June 16th, 2021 under the care of Dr. Mark Gresla. During the course of her stay, Physical Therapy was initiated to efficiently and effectively identify Sylvia Case’s unique needs and tailor specialized treatment plans to successfully transition to the next level of care.
Our therapy team provided skilled interventions to address the adaptation, compensation, and restoration potential of Sylvia Case and coordinated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate clinical care areas were addressed. On November 13th, 2021, Sylvia was successfully discharged home to her family. Congratulations to Sylvia and her Care Team for their success!
