Teresa Kielty lives in the Assisted Living community at Majestic Care of Carmel and was having repeated falls. She came to our skilled nursing community for a rehabilitation stay to regain her strength and work on balance. Teresa has done a great job with our therapy team and was able to return back to her apartment at our Assisted Living! Congratulations to Teresa and her Care Team on their success!
