Majestic Care of Carmel is so excited to share resident William Phillips’s Success Story!
Mr. Phillips came to Majestic Care of Carmel during a scary time in his life. He had just been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and had very swollen lower extremities. He struggled with walking and had difficulty completing his daily activities due to swelling and fatigue. Mr. Phillips actively participated in therapy during his course of treatment with a positive attitude and was very motivated to go home. He worked hard in therapy, even on his treatment days. He loved the rehab gym’s NuStep® rehabilitation equipment so much that he is donating his treadmill and elliptical to our community, and is buying a NuStep® for himself! He was so excited discharging home with the goal to travel to Arkansas for the holidays! Congratulations to Mr. Phillips and his Care Team on their success- we are so proud of you!
