Eva was admitted to Majestic Care of Sheridan requiring an increased need for assistance with her daily living activities. During her stay, Eva worked with Care Team Members and Reliant Rehabilitation to maximize her cognition, functional performance and safety to prepare her for a successful discharge to her new home. Eva participated in speech and occupational therapies to gain back her strength and independence. Eva also enjoyed being involved with activities. She could often be found playing BINGO or completing her crossword puzzles – all with a big grin on her face!
With her hard work and determination, Eva made consistent progress throughout her stay and discharged from therapy achieving all of her goals. Eva has now discharged to a supported living environment where she can continue to thrive.
