“I was admitted to Majestic Care of Connersville in December of 2023. I was living with my son and his wife prior to my admission, but just needed some additional assistance and requested we see what needed to be done to admit. My son and I worked with Ashley, the Director of Marketing and Admissions, on what all needed to be done to get admitted from home. She was amazing and helped us with every step needed and within 2 days, I was moved into my own private room to begin my journey with them.
The staff are amazing and treated me as if I was family. Shortly after my time with them, I inquired about the on-site Independent Living Apartments and was placed on a waiting list to hopefully be able to one day have a place of my own. With the hard work and dedication of Vanessa (Social Services) and Ashley (Director of Marketing and Admissions), my dreams became a reality. They helped me every step of the way. They worked to get me set up with community resources to ensure I was successful as I started a new journey.
On April 1st of 2024, I moved into my Apartment on the grounds of Majestic Care. This was something I wanted for some time but was just unable to complete. They helped me get furniture and donated household items that I would need to get me started. They knew I had a love for dogs, and it just so happened James (Maintenace) and Michelle (Business Office Manager) had a dog they were willing to give me. Sissy and I have become Best of Friends and I just love her to pieces. I enjoy getting to take her on walks and cuddle her in my chair. Had it not been for the staff at Majestic Care, this could never have happened. I am so thankful to be able to call Majestic home. Now I can enjoy my new home with my frequent visits from my children but still have my own space and privacy. When I sit on my porch the staff continue to stop by and see me and check to ensure everything is ok. They have become my family, and I will forever be grateful to all of them.”
