Allen and his girlfriend Michelle have been through so much within a years’ time. Allen came to us from the hospital in May of 2022. Michelle was by his side when he was here. They needed help finding housing and we helped them do that through Home Choice. They never gave up on their goals. We are proud to announce that Allen has discharged back home in his new apartment with Michelle! Congratulations to Allen and his Care Team on their success!
