Mack first came to our community years ago while supporting his spouse as a patient. This time, he returned as a patient himself following a hospitalization and complications from an infection that caused functional impairments. From the moment he arrived, Mack put in the hard work—always sharing wonderful stories about his life and his late spouse.
His active lifestyle before hospitalization and the strong support system he has around him played a big role in his steady progress. We are proud to share that Mack has now returned home to continue his recovery with home health services! Congratulations to Mack and his Care Team on their success!
