Mohammed is one of our successful rehab-to-home discharges! He came to us after a hospital stay. Due to his dedication to get better through therapy and our awesome rehab team, he will be discharging in a few days! Mohammed says that without the caring team members here and the amazing therapy he received, he would not be meeting the goals to discharge.
